My Approach
I bridge the gap between technical possibility and business reality. AI has fundamentally changed how software gets built - I orchestrate AI-augmented engineering workflows to ship faster, with fewer people, and at higher quality than traditional teams.
After two decades of watching technology hype cycles come and go (cloud, mobile, social, blockchain) I know what separates real transformation from expensive experiments. AI is not the next hype cycle - it is the new baseline. The question is not whether to adopt it, but how effectively your organisation wields it.
When a platform needs re-architecting or a system needs rebuilding, I lead the delivery end-to-end, from architecture through AI-assisted implementation to production. That combination of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery has defined every role I have held.

Privacy-first document analysis pipeline. Ingests emails, meeting notes, and documents into a local vector database for semantic search and AI-powered triage, with automatic PII redaction and configurable local or cloud inference.

Multi-tenant SaaS for reading analytics with tiered Stripe subscriptions. Features barcode scanning, reading velocity tracking, session recording, a gamification engine with tiered achievements and streaks, series management, wishlists, and background jobs for daily analytics aggregation.
